I wish I had bought the Earlex super steam wallpaper stripper before - it really makes decorating easy. It consists of what is in essence a square kettle onto which you fit a bube and at the end of that is a flat panel which lets off steam. The flat panel is pressed against the wall and dampens the wallpaper which then can be scraped off very easilly - you have to be very careful, preferably wearing gloves, because the steam could scald you. It is on wheels too so it will follow you like a little puppy. A great toy!
