I was given this and I sat looking at it saying 'I don't need that - I've got a mixer'. Eventually I was tempted into using it. Well! I just put in a few ingredients, switch it on to one of the many programmes and 5 hours later I have a perfect loaf. With the price of bread now it can't be beaten and there is nothing better than a slice of fresh baked bread - and it is so easy - anyone could do it.
