I have a WiiFit - I intend for it to help me to get fit. However, it has turned out to be a fun way of doing a bit of exercise but it won't do what I hoped and strengthen my heart - I still have to walk up the hill regularly. It is far more fun if you have someone doing it with you although some of the revelations about your weight can be embarrassing. But if you have a Wii then I recommend a Wiifit (Oh, and be sure to have the board the right way round when you set it up - my logic said have the light on the board facing the TV sensor - the result was I kept falling off the tighrope - the system is bluetooth so the light is away from the tele!
