I am rating quite high, but don't know if any of the others do it as well, but the bottom line, is they do what I want, and they do it mostly well.
the interface is flash driven, but, it needs to be a "fat" technology to deliver so much information to you, in a structured way. the only issues I have ever had, is the fact the markets close somtimes, during a trade, or randomly in the day.. that said, better that than you trying to sell or buy, and it failing all the time.
They do have a telephone number you can call, to allow you to sell or buy without an internet connection.
The decider for me.. if you put 100 pounds in, they will give you 75 free. if you play, and decide you don't like it, leave it three months, and they allow you to get the 75 out again. You need to trade twice to achive that.
What i did find is you are limited by the trades you can put on, based on your balance, so I put 200 pounds in, and that allowed me more trades, without spending over 100. you'll understand when you start!!
remember its the stock exchange.. I got my balance up to 800 at one point, but lost with a bunch of silly mistakes, back down to my initial 200, am at about 650 just now, but thats helped by the fact I made 150 overnight.
the old steatment goes, if you can't affort to loose it, don't do it!
