In loads of ways an shine is a phone but the it can also be used as a mirrow. The decrative miirow on the front screen lights up when you slide it up but after you have fishened just slide it down and get your self ready. The shine is usefly for tenagers and women for the mirrow, but every one can use it as a phone. THe LG is on virgen and T-Mobile. If you had to get a good value for money i would by the LG shine
