Tweetdeck is the app I am currently using for reading twitter from my iPhone. It is free so good value, but it's also nice because it lets you add more than one account to it, so if you have a business twitter account and one just for your friends you can see both through the one app. It also lets you set up your own "columns" these can be twitter trends, user group, or general search, so you can set up a search for @chrisdjmoyle and see what people are saying about or to Chris Moyles, these columns can be saved or dropped. Tweetdeck doesn't currently have push notifications but then i use IM+ for that, the only other downside is it has a black background and you currently cannot change it this sometimes makes it hard to read when out on a bight day.
